1. 3 eggs.
2. 5 ham slices.
3. 1 cheese.
4. 1 pepperoni slices.
5. 1 seasoning.

1. In a bowl place the eggs and whisk.
2. Cut the ham in bits and the cheese in chunks or grated (whatever you prefer).
3. Add seasoning as you like. I normally add salt and oreganos.
4. Whisk everything and place it on a non stick pan.
5. When you see that the bottom part is done, place the pepperoni slices only on half of the omellette.
6. Fold the omellette in half, and cooked it a bit more on both sides.
