Ingredients for Pan Suya:
- 1/3 kg meat.
- 2 medium size red bell peppers.
- 2 medium sized green pepper.
- 1 onion.
- Kuli kuli as required.
- 1 teaspoon yaji.
- 2 seasoning cube.
- Groundnut oil.
- Lettuces,cucumber,tomatoes for garnish.
Step by step how to cook Pan Suya:
- Cut meat into thin cubes, and also the veggies into cubes.
- Add ginger,garlic,maggi,yaji, kuli kuli and 2tablespoon oil to the meat mix them up.
- Add the veggies and let them sit for an hour or so.
- Arrange them into a skewer(meat,followed by onion then bell peppers then meat Repeat the arranging procedure).
- Add quarter cup oil into a pan and arrange the stickmeat, fry on low heat For 10-15mins on both sides.
- Garnish with some tonatoes,onions and cucumber and yagi.
