Ingredients for Pan Suya:

  1. 1/3 kg meat.
  2. 2 medium size red bell peppers.
  3. 2 medium sized green pepper.
  4. 1 onion.
  5. Kuli kuli as required.
  6. 1 teaspoon yaji.
  7. 2 seasoning cube.
  8. Groundnut oil.
  9. Lettuces,cucumber,tomatoes for garnish.

Step by step how to cook Pan Suya:

  1. Cut meat into thin cubes, and also the veggies into cubes.
  2. Add ginger,garlic,maggi,yaji, kuli kuli and 2tablespoon oil to the meat mix them up.
  3. Add the veggies and let them sit for an hour or so.
  4. Arrange them into a skewer(meat,followed by onion then bell peppers then meat Repeat the arranging procedure).
  5. Add quarter cup oil into a pan and arrange the stickmeat, fry on low heat For 10-15mins on both sides.
  6. Garnish with some tonatoes,onions and cucumber and yagi.
