Ingredients for Salmon burgers with Roasted Veggies:

  1. 250 grams Salmon.
  2. 2 Fresh onions diced.
  3. 2 tablespoons Parsley.
  4. 1/2 Red Pepper grated.
  5. 1/2 Red Pepper (veggie bake).
  6. Salt.
  7. Pepper.
  8. 1 Egg white.
  9. 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs.
  10. Lemon.

  1. Cut Salmon into very small pieces and place into a large bowl. Then, toss all the ingredients into the Salmon bowl, except for the lemon..
  2. Mix all the ingredients together and make 3 patties..
