  1. 1 lb pork spare ribs, chopped.
  2. 1 1/2 tbsp black bean sauce.
  3. 1 tbsp soy sauce.
  4. 1 tbsp shaoxing rice wine.
  5. 1 tbsp minced ginger.
  6. 3 cloves garlic, minced.
  7. 1 tsp sesame oil.
  8. 1 tsp sugar.
  9. 1 tsp fish sauce.
  10. to taste White pepper.
  11. 1 tbsp oil.
  12. 1 1/2 cup jasmine rice.
  13. 1 1/4 cup cold water.
