Ingredients for Classic 100% Whole Wheat Bread:

  1. 3 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour.
  2. 2 1/2 tsp instant yeast.
  3. 1 1/4 tsp salt.
  4. 1/4 cup honey.
  5. 1/4 cup vegetable oil.
  6. 1-1/8 cups lukewarm whole milk.
