Ingredients for My All Sort Greek and Surprise Salad:
- 1 Handful Mixed Lettuce.
- 8-10 Olives.
- 3 long slices Feta cheese and slice into little cubes.
- 2 Mini sweet peppers orange and yellow sliced into rings.
- 1/2 small Avocado chopped into small pieces.
- 12 inch long piece of cucumber cut into long thin strips.
- 2 level tbls Loose Corn.
- 1 tbls dried Cranberries.
- Sauce Mix thick...........
- 2 Fresh basil leaves.
- 1 tsp little sprinkle of Balsamic Vinegar.
- 2 tbls Mascaphone cheese.
- 5 small vine Tomatoes.
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic crushed.
- 1 tsp Lemon juice.
Step by step how to cook My All Sort Greek and Surprise Salad:
- Add the mixed lettuce all at the bottom. Next add the little plum Tomatoes then the small sweet peppers orange and yellow, greek feta Cheese..
- Next add all the rest of the ingredients all over and greek stuffed olives. 2 tbls mascarpone cheese mixed in crushed tomatoes the basil 1/2 garlic clove crushed mixed in a blender then add blobs of it here and there over the salad..
- Mix the sauce mix all together on a blender. Taste and add some more of the ingredients to suit your taste. Then using a tsp just scoop up some of the sauce and add it on top of the salad in little blobs all over. Then sprinkle a few dried cranberries on top all over. They give a surprising taste to the salad. Then add a little black cracked pepper and sea salt over the salad. And add a tiny bit of chilli salt over the top. Adds a little extra to the taste. Serve.
