Ingredients for Nigerian Fried Meatpie:

  1. For the dough.
  2. 2 cups flour.
  3. 1 egg.
  4. 100 g cold margarine.
  5. Some ice cold water.
  6. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  7. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
  8. For the filling.
  9. 1/4 kg ground beef.
  10. 2 diced potatoes.
  11. 1 small red onion.
  12. 3 small scotch bonnet pepper.
