Ingredients for Pork Spare Ribs:
- 1 1/2 lb pork spare rib.
- 1 tbsp salt.
- 1 tbsp pepper.
- 1/2 tbsp garlic.
- 4 carrots.
- 5 cherry tomatoes.
- 1 large onion.
- 3 cup flour.
- 1 asian marinade.
- 1/3 cup oil.
Step by step how to cook Pork Spare Ribs:
- preheat oven to 350.
- add salt, pepper, garlic to flour.
- coat meat with flour mixture and brown in large pan with hot oil..
- cut carrots into inch long pieces. chunk onion and cur cherry tomatoes in half..
- place meat in 13x9 casserole dish.
- put veggies on and around meat in pan. drizzle used oil over meat and veggies and drizzle Asian merinade over all..
- cover with foil. and bake for 30 minutes. internal temp should be over 170. o get mine up to 200 & you won't need a knife to cut..
- take foil off and bake for another 20-30 minutes..
