Ingredients for Nigerian Flag Mug Cake:
- 1/4 cup oil.
- 1/4 cup condensed milk.
- 1/2 cup sugar.
- 1 tsp vanilla essence.
- 1 cup flour.
- 1/2 tsp baking powder.
- 1/4 tsp baking soda.
- 1/2 cup buttermilk.
- 1 tsp cocoa powder.
- Green food coloring.
- Whipped cream.
