- 7 tbsp white/brown sugar.
- 1 tsp ground blackpeper.
- 1 head garlic, minced.
- 1 cooking oil for frying.
- 1/2 cup soy sauce.
- 1 lb beef sirloin/ thin sliced.

- Cover and refrigerate the marinade for a minimum of 12 hours or overnight..
