Ingredients for Chicken 65 with gravy:
- 1/2 kg chicken.
- For marination.
- as required Oil to fry.
- 1 egg.
- 1 tbs ginger paste.
- 1 tbs garlic paste.
- 1/2 tsp green chilly paste.
- 2 tbs cornflour.
- 2 tbs flour.
- 1 tbs salt.
- 1 tbs red chilly powder.
- 1 tbs coriander powder.
- 1/2 tsp grind garam masala.
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder.
- 1 pinch kesar color.
- 1 tsp oil.
- For sous /gravy.
- 2 tbs capsicum chopped and some green onions.
- 3 tbs oil.
- 1 green chilly.
- 2 red chilly.
- 1 onion chopped.
- 3 tbs curd.
- 1 tbs garlic paste.
- 1 tsp ginger paste.
- 1/2 tsp green chilly paste.
- 3 tbs red garlic sauce.
- 3 tbs tomato ketchup.
- 1 tbs corn flour.
- 3 tbs oil.

Add chicken in a bowl and add all marinade ingredients and mix well. Heat oil in a wok and fry marinated chicken cubes until golden brown on medium low flame. To prepare gravy, heat oil and add curry leaves, ginger and garlic. Add Chicken and cook for couple more minutes until the chicken is hot.
Step by step how to cook Chicken 65 with gravy:
- Marinate chicken add ginger garlic past green chilly paste egg salt red chilly powder coriander powder black pepper cumin powder grind garam masala cooking oil and mix well for marination and keep aside for 1 hour.
- Take a pan add oil and fry chicken pieces and keep aside.
- Take a pan add oil add green chilly red chilly curry leaves and add onion ginger garlic green chilly paste. Fry, add beaten curd, fry well and add salt red chilly sauce tomato sauce and stir fry add capsicum green onion. Fry well add chicken pieces and add some water.
- Take a bowl add some water and corn flour mix and add chicken and cook well with some gravy ready to serve with paratha.
