Ingredients for Mix Sprout Parathe:
- 2 bowls mixed crushed boiled sprouts soaked overnight.
- 2 bowls wheat flour.
- 2 grated processed cheese cubes.
- 2 finely chopped onions.
- 1 inch grated ginger.
- 8-10 minced garlic cloves.
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander.
- 1 packet maggi magic masala.
- 1 tbsp oregano.
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
- 2 tsp red chilli powder.
- 1 tsp coriander powder.
- 1 tsp garam masala powder.
- 1/4 tsp asafoetida(hing).
- 1 tsp carom seeds(ajwain).
- As per taste Salt.
- As required Water.
- As required Oil.
- As per taste Tomato ketchup for garnish.
- As required Carrot slices, capsicum and kidney beans for garnish.
Step by step how to cook Mix Sprout Parathe:
- In wheat flour, add carrom seeds, pinch of salt, 1tbsp oil and water as per need and prepare dough for paratha. Rest the dough for 10 minutes..
- In a pan take 1 tbsp oil, add onions and saute for 2 minutes. Then add garlic, ginger and saute for 1 minute..
- Now add turmeric powder, hing, red chilli powder, garam masala, oregano, maggi masala and salt and cook the spices nicely. Add little water to it..
- Now add mix sprouts and mix it nicely. Cook it for 2 minutes..
- Turn off the gas and add grated cheese and coriander and mix well..
- Now take medium size balls, roll it to puri size and stuff it with sprout mix. Seal the stuffing properly and roll out paratha..
- Cook paratha nicely from both the sides by adding oil to it on medium to high flame..
- Garnish with kidney beans, carrot, capsicum, tomato ketchup and serve hot..
