Ingredients for Mom's Classic Blueberry Crisp:
- 1/3 cup flour.
- 4 cup blueberries.
- 1 cup rolled oats.
- 1/2 cup brown sugar.
- 1/4 cup butter.
- optional spices.
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg.
Arrange blueberries in deep greased baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice and granulated sugar. In separate bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and oats. Toss blueberries, cornstarch, sugar and a pinch of salt together in a bowl.

- If using the oven, preheat to 350° and butter the 8x8 glass baking pan..
