Ingredients for Spanish Noodles:
- 1 lb lean ground beef.
- 1 packages 12 oz egg noodles.
- 2 can 10.75 oz tomato soup.
- 2 can 8 oz tomato sauce.
- 1 packages Chili seasoning mix.
- 1 tbsp chili powder.
- salt, pepper, garlic powder.
Step by step how to cook Spanish Noodles:
- Fill large pot with water, boil noodles 'al dente' according to pkg.
- Brown lean ground beef in frying pan, season to taste with salt pepper and garlic powder.
- Drain noodles in strainer, rinse with cold water to prevent sticking..
- In large pot where cooked noodles, add cans of tomato soup, tomato sauce, Chili seasoning mix and chili powder (may add more chili powder or other spices).
